No Refunds on Opened or Used Products

• • All sales are final once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for any product that has been unsealed or used after delivery.

Returns for Unopened and Unused Products

• • Refunds will only be considered for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. To qualify, the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original condition and free from any signs of tampering.

Damaged or Defective Products

• • If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email info@holytemplehb.com with photos of the damaged product and your order details for review.
  • After verification, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds for damaged items are not guaranteed.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:

Shipping Fees

All clearance and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Refund Processing

• • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product price.
